Our pieces are built for joy — these guidelines help keep every party safe and every setup ready for the next family.
Keep it dry
Wood tables, chairs, and decor pieces don't love water, frosting, or markers. Wipe-able mats are a great pairing.
Not for climbing
Kids' tables and chairs are sized for sitting, not standing — adult supervision helps everything come back in one piece.
Damage waiver included
Normal wear and small spills are on us. A damage waiver is included on every booking.

What's included with delivery?+
Every booking includes drop-off, professional setup, teardown, and pickup within Ventura & LA Counties. You don't lift a finger.
When do you arrive?+
We arrive 1–2 hours before your party start time and pick up the same evening (or the next morning for late events). We'll confirm exact windows 48 hours before.
What if I need to change my date?+
Just text us at (818) 934-1714. We're happy to reschedule based on availability — no penalty if you give us at least 7 days notice.
Do you require a deposit?+
A 20% deposit holds your date. The remainder is due 3 days before your event. We'll send a secure payment link.
