Where do you deliver?

How far in advance should I book?

Most weekends book out 2–4 weeks ahead. Holiday weekends and spring/summer fill faster — we recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date.

Question 3

Do I need to pay a deposit to hold my date?

Accepted Answer

No deposit to put a tentative hold — we'll hold your date for 24 hours while you decide. A 25% deposit confirms the booking; the balance is due 7 days before the event.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations 14+ days before the event get a full refund of your deposit. Inside 14 days, the deposit is credited toward a rebooking within 6 months.

How long does setup take?

Most packages take 45–90 minutes to set up and 30–60 minutes to break down. We arrive 1–2 hours before your start time and pack up after the party ends.

Is delivery, setup, and teardown included?

Yes — every package includes delivery, full setup, and teardown. You don't lift a finger.

How much space do I need?

Each package has a footprint listed on its detail page (e.g., 10×17, 13×27). We need a roughly flat surface and at least 9–13 ft of overhead clearance depending on the package. If you're not sure, send us a photo of your space.

Can you set up indoors?

Yes, as long as the ceiling height fits. Most of our soft-play packages work in 9–10 ft ceilings; jumpers and combos need 12–13 ft. Tell us your ceiling height and we'll match you with what fits.

Do you set up at parks?

Yes, with the park's permission. Many LA/Ventura parks require a permit and proof of insurance — we provide a COI on request. The park must have access to power within ~100 ft, or you'll need a quiet generator (we can recommend one).

Are your inflatables and soft play cleaned between events?

Every piece is sanitized between every event — soft play surfaces, ball pit balls, and bouncer interiors all get a full clean.

What about weather?

Light rain or winds under 15 mph are usually fine. If forecasts show heavy rain or sustained winds above 20 mph, we'll work with you to reschedule at no charge.

Do prices include tax?

Prices shown are before sales tax and delivery. The final quote we send includes everything line-itemed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit/debit cards (via our secure checkout), Zelle, and Venmo. The deposit can be paid online; the balance can be paid the same way.

What ages are the soft-play packages for?

The toddler-focused soft-play packages (Mini Movers through Premium Jump, Slide & Play) are built for 0–3 year olds. The XL Premium Package extends up to 7. For 3–7 year olds we recommend a combo jumper, and 3–6 year olds love the 8×8 ball pit + XL slide.

Can I add extras or swap items in a package?

Yes. Most packages have suggested upsells (extra hoppers, balloon arches, a custom backdrop), and you can also tell us what you have in mind. Just mention it when you reach out.

Do you offer themed setups?

We do — pastel, princess, dinosaur, animal-safari, neutral/boho. Add a theme note in your quote request and we'll show you options.

How long is the rental period?
